Hudson Buffet in Fishkill

We have eaten here many times over the years. Great food and reasonable prices. All the traditional Chinese favorites. Very tasty!

Had a very good experience in this spot with my daughter. The food comes out quick and the service is just awesome. Prices are fair.

This is a nice buffet to go to in the Fishkill area.For lunch, the have scrambled eggs with Crab. It was very good, and I'd get it again.They also have a hibichi station, where you can have ingredients that you select, cooked to order.Also if you can't get enough pork, they have bacon and sausage, as a side entre.The staff is very polite and welcoming.

Great selection of food. Considering the price and what you get, you can't really beat it. They have salmon, crab legs, crawfish, cocktail shrimp, oysters, mussels, and clams. As well as typical Chinese buffet items. Can't really complain. I wouldn't necessarily come here if you're looking for a nice atmosphere, lol, but the food is good!

The food was old and lukewarm, the food was just subpar... you could tell it wasn't fresh or cooked properly. The noodles were soft and mushy and half the food looked lile it was sitting for way to long. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. I felt bad that the poor girl had to wait 13 tables herself. It was disappointing that the main attraction "crab" was empty the entire time. I asked it be be refilled and it wasn't for the entire 1 hour fist... disappointing!

No AC inside. Food was ok, but pricey(16.29$) I eat in Ohio buffet better then here for 7.99$. Average

A great place to taste different kinds of Chinese foods plus American favorites galore.Clean area.. pleasant waitresses...good pricing...Great Foods!!!!. A+

OK, this is a good all-you-can-eat place: lots (and lots) of food, including sushi, freshly made omelettes, good dessert selection, lots of Chinese, Thai and American selection. Food is reasonable, sometimes a little dry. Definitely value for money, loses 1 star just for tiredness of the food - it's OK, but if you go multiple times, you get the same selection ... and it will get tired.

The food is cold and stale. It tastes old.

Sushi were freshly made and tasted great.

I may be a bit biased, but I have been coming here for about 10 years and each and every time the food has always been pretty good. They have a great variety of food, my favorite is the coconut shrimp or coconut chicken and also the crab legs. The staff has always been pleasent, I can't recall a problem. Overall very consistent with execution and flavor and a very great family place!

The food over all is great. Hot plates are delish. The shrimps are very often if not always over boiled. The Jello can be hard & the sushi has a lot (to much) rice. But we'll worth a stop. Its yum, enjoy

We came here with a group of 50 and the service was great and everyone loved the food.

Pretty good selection of well made food if it isnt slow (food may be left l out for too long). Outside of Covid 19 problems they are rarely slow in the late afternoon or evening.

A good place to come if you like sea food. Good amount of selection of other things as well. You can also choose some fresh ingredients and the will cook it for you on the spot.

Fully filled plates for the whole time, a lot of choices. Service is great!

Food was great, but I have to share an amusing experience. Both restrooms has signs on the outside door requesting that patrons wash their hands with soap before returning to the buffet. I thought that was a really great idea. So, when I am done in the bathroom and go to wash my hands, I discover there is no soap in the bathroom! LOL

Came for dinner on 11/23/2019 first round of food was ok and then came time for the crab claws ... the seafood smelled like garbage and the flies were following my every move including when i went to the counter to complain and get rid of the plate the GREETER/receptionist i complained to discreetly then proceeded to tell me there was only a few that were spoiled but the rest were fine . LIKE WTHHHHHH ...... never again will i eat here ‼️‼️‼️.

Waitress was rude. Waitress served Sprite with rice particles inside. Disgusting

Food was either dried out, or soaking. And they rushed me to get out even if they weren't busy.

We went there is because we went to the water park near by, the food taste horrible, the crab's is mushy, you can tell the crabs were die a long period of time before they cook it. The salmon has no taste and dry. The egg drop soup is water, food color and egg. The ribs are rubbery. You have to stand next to the buffet bar to wait if you want 1 piece of king crab leg and/or the crayfish. I never have a chance to have one, because some people they won't let go the tong until the took the last piece. Services are bad, the waitress have no manner, no hi, no bye, no thank you, all the them are polka face… when you need to refill the soft drink, you have to wait for long time for them to come to your table to find out what do you need, and they gave me a check when they saw 1 piece of watermelon on my 2nd plate (20 mins after seated). They used the same towel to clean the table and the chairs. I will never go back again.

Nice buffet and the food is great. Nice staff, its clean and the prices is nice too. I always go back there when im in the area.

Food was terrible. Wait staff was unbelievably rude server pushed a patron without even a apology, a cook pushed a child out of way to place food down, while child was standing next to the parent. Wrong drinks brought to the table. I want others to be advised you will be upset for spending your money at this establishment

At first it seemed like it would be a great place to eat. Lots of food. But we were asked if we wanted the lunch or dinner. We chose the dinner. The servers were harassing my bf. Asking him if we paid for the lunch or the dinner because he had crab legs on his plate. After we sat down, there was 2 waitresses that continued to ask him if he wanted his drink filled, everytime he politely declined. Then after the 4th time he said no, they brought us the check

Always very friendly staff, wide variety of food.Love the fried calamari. They are constantly refilling the food trays so always fresh and hot. The place is a bargain. No where else would you get the quality food they offer for the price

A solid choice. Food is standard buffet food, not fantastic, but not bad either. It is consistent, and affordable. The staff are friendly, and quick.

The experience at the Buffet continues to improve it is definitely one of the best Buffets in the valley. From a nice cool drink from what is available on the salad bar. To the wonderful Raw bar it makes for the start of a wonderful meal

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I have to say their service is always good and they keep the spot clean at all times. Prices are reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.
